Ordering
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Enter your details (name, email, and address), select your payment method, and confirm your order.
Payments are securely processed via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours if they haven’t yet shipped.

Delivery
Where do you deliver, and which carrier do you use?
We deliver throughout the United States and to selected international destinations using our trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable shipping.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) on weekdays (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders after this time are handled the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 6–9 business days, including handling and shipping time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your shipment details.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For defective or incorrect items, Virayo covers return shipping costs.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at contact@virayo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@virayo.co.uk with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
