Missing or Lost Items

Please report any missing items to contact@virayo.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and being available to receive the package.
Some parcels may be left in a secure location and photographed as proof of delivery.
Virayo is not liable for loss or theft after a package has been marked as delivered.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns Accepted: Within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Personalized or used items are not eligible for return.

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned product and issued to your original payment method.
